What if my product arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting the packaging of your item(s) as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage—even to the outer box—make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package during delivery, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
