Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@techwaveessentials.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and the appropriate shipping address. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customer Remorse Returns: If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns.

Return Shipping Costs:
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, including those due to customer remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

How to Return Products:
We only accept returns by mail.

Return Shipping Labels:
For damaged or defective items, please contact us at support@techwaveessentials.com, and we will send you a return label via email. Simply download and print the label for use.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay in processing.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@techwaveessentials.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@techwaveessentials.com.

Shipping Address Changes:
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update the address.
