5. What if my product arrives damaged?
Inspect your package upon arrival for any damage, including to the box. Note visible damage when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If your product is damaged, send photos to support@techwaveessentials.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation promptly.
