Free shipping to the USA on orders over $200. No sales tax (excluding FL). For orders below $200, there will be a flat fee of $15.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the same business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday only.

  • Important Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  • Total Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 6-9 business days from the time of purchase.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • Trusted Couriers: We ship via UPS, DHL and FedEx for reliable and secure delivery. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been approved.
  • You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days, complete with a tracking number and tracking link to monitor its progress.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
